Take Time to enjoy the weather

Have you seen the weather outside?  I had been feeling a little stressed with all the things I had going on today.  When I get to feeling this way, I usually just try to slow myself down.  If I look like I am grimacing it’s because my wife forced me to hug the tree.  Please don’t get me wrong I love trees.  Anyhow… If you are feeling stressed like I was step outside and just breathe in the autumn air.  I am pretty sure that will change your mood like it did mine.
